No one knows what’s around the corner for them as far as health is concerned. One of the most effective ways, however, to potentially ward off infection is to boost the immune system through diet and fitness. Obesity appears to be a huge risk factor for COVID-19 even as purported medical experts told everyone to stay inside and insisted on shutting down gyms during the pandemic (or panic-demic).
Live PD Nation wasn’t kidding about disavowing the A&E network. Since panicky execs cancelled Live PD, its enormously popular flagship show, the A&E Network has lost 50 percent of its prime-time audience and a ton of profits.
On FNC’s The Ingraham Angle, Laura Ingraham, along with Fox Sports’ Clay Travis, double-teamed the super-woke and sanctimonious National Basketball Association and the sneaker giant Nike for caving to the dictatorship in China while at the same time lecturing America about its shortcomings.
In a letter to the Women’s National Basketball Association commissioner, U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) says that the American flag instead of social justice messaging should appear on player jerseys when the league resumes play later this month.
Former host Dan Abrams hinted this week that the A&E cable television network could bring back Live PD, which was abruptly cancelled on June 10.
“I think A&E is doing what they said in their initial announcement, determining if there’s a ‘pathway’ forward. I hope so and think with some changes it could be an important part of the national discussion…”
Update 7/9/20: Kirk’s eulogy for WEEI:
Kirk Minihane, the host of the Kirk Minihane Show on the Barstool Sports podcast network, is taking a victory lap after the release of the spring ratings book that reflected the listenership, or specifically the lack thereof, for Boston sports radio station WEEI, his former employer.
The abrupt decision by the A&E network and Big Fish entertainment on June 10 to cancel Live PD still doesn’t sit well with fans of the immensely popular law enforcement ride-along TV show.
One of the most popular shows in the cable television space, Live PD, is officially cancelled just one day after host Dan Abrams vowed that the show would return after its hiatus.
As George Floyd-related protests continue, the Paramount Network has cancelled the the long-running reality show Cops just as its 33rd season was about to premiere.
Live PD will not air tonight or Saturday evening on the A&E Network.
In a statement, A&E explained:
“Out of respect for the families of George Floyd and others who have lost their lives, in consultation with the departments we follow, and in consideration for the safety of all involved, we have made the decision not to broadcast Live PD this weekend.”
