A self-described “international criminal lawyer for the Palestinian people” who spewed F bombs and racially charged insults during a rant on an Air India flight is heading to jail. Simone Burns, a.k.a., Simone O’Broin, pleaded guilty in March to assault and being drunk on an aircraft. On Thursday, a London court sentenced her to six months behind bars. Reportedly, the source of the November 2018 dispute is that flight attendants declined to serve her a fourth bottle of wine on the Mumbai to London morning flight. Cops arrested Burns when the plane landed at Heathrow airport.
“During her hour-long verbal assault Burns also called airline staff ‘Indian, money grabbing c****,’ and smoked a cigarette in the toilets,” Breitbart London reported.
She also spat in the face of one of the crew, the Daily Mail explained.
According to the Independent, Judge Nicholas Wood didn’t mince words at the sentencing hearing:
“The experience of a drunk and irrational person in the confines of an aircraft is frightening, not least on a long-haul flight and poses a potential risk to safety. You were drunk and obnoxious almost from the beginning to the end. You were abusive, contemptuous and confrontational and used appalling language.”
The judge also ordered Burns to pay the spat-upon flight attendant the equivalent of about $400 U.S. dollars in restitution.
Another crew member described Burns, 50, as “the most obnoxious passenger he had ever seen,” the Daily Mail added.

Parenthetically, could this incident be another example of what the late New York City talk show host Bob Grant was fond of saying? That is, particularly in matters of race, liberals in his view are the ultimate hypocrites.
