Mexico’s President Condemns Trump Indictment
Even the far-left president of Mexico thinks that the Trump indictment constitutes election interference.
During a news conference on Wednesday President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (who is known as AMLO) said that “Supposedly legal issues should not be used for electoral, political purposes. That’s why I don’t agree with what they are doing to ex-President Trump…It should be the people who decide.,” Reuters reported.
Social media responds to the Democrat hypocrisy on border security:
Under pressure from censorship-loving left-wing activists, one or more advertisers pulled their commercials from Tucker Carlson Tonight after the FNC host had the temerity to report on what was actually happening in Tijuana, Mexico, since the migrant caravan showed up there.
An MSNBC reporter on the scene contradicted the mainstream media narrative that Central American migrants are primarily women and children and were comprised of those seeking political asylum rather than economic benefits.
The media rolled out this same trope in promoting open-borders, mass-immigration policies in Europe.
Said fair-and-balanced reporter MSNBC Gadi Schwartz:
“You’re going to see a lot of families here, a lot of women and children, but the truth is the majority of the people that are part of this caravan … the majority of them are men…From what we’ve seen, the majority are actually men, and some of these men have not articulated that need for asylum. Instead, they have talked about going to the United States for a better life and to find work.”
Hopefully this reporter won’t be hauled into HR for straying from the liberal groupthink.
The echo chamber is also engaging in predictable faux outrage over border patrol agents using tear gas on mostly adult male migrants who were throwing rocks and bottles at them.
Yet another example of a quote attributed to playwright/filmmaker David Mamet who apparently opined that “In order to continue advancing their illogical arguments modern liberals have to pretend not to know things…”
The Democrat-media establishment seems to have forgotten that the Obama administration also used the same techniques at the border when necessary.

The suspect in a dramatic gunfight with Arkansas cops was a beneficiary of the Obama-era DACA program according to a Washington Times report.
The traffic-stop shootout was recently featured on the “crime of the week” segment of Live PD.
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy created by a 2012 Obama executive order postponed deportation for approximately 800,000 undocumented immigrants who entered the U.S. before age 16 and prior to June 2007 and granted them work permits renewable on a two-year basis along with certain government benefits. Most of the so-called Dreamers are now said to be in the mid-to-late-20s age range.
The Dreamer terminology evolved from the Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act (i.e., the Dream Act) that never passed Congress and which prompted ex-President Obama to invoke an executive action.

“The illegal immigrant whose shootout with an Arkansas sheriff’s deputy last week was caught on a dashboard cam and went viral was in the U.S. under the Obama-era DACA program, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said Monday.
“[The suspect], 29, faces charges of terrorism and attempted capital murder after a shooting spree that saw him open fire at on police during two separate confrontations as he tried to escape a routine traffic stop last week, authorities said.
“[The suspect] had at least two previous arrests, officials said, including one misdemeanor charge in 2015 that brought him to ICE’s attention. But the Obama administration, which was in office at the time, concluded he wasn’t a danger, and declined to pursue deportation.
“ICE did not lodge a detainer against [the suspect] in 2015 as he is a DACA recipient and did not meet the threshold for enforcement under the DHS enforcement priorities in place at that time,” the agency told The Washington Times…
“Authorities arrested a spate of DACA recipients last year on charges of smuggling other illegal immigrants at the border. President Trump has proposed phasing out the DACA program, though several judges have halted that plan, saying he cut too many corners. The case is likely headed for the Supreme Court.”
Mary Ann Mendoza, Laura Wilkerson, and Agnes Gibboney spoke with FNC’s Martha McCallum about their meeting on Friday with President Trump at the White House with other Angel Moms and Dads and family members.
“Both appearances centered around the meaning of ‘real separation’ versus the manufactured media ‘crisis’ going on at the U.S.-Mexico border,” The Daily Caller explained in the context of the temporary separation of some minors and their illegal alien parents or others with whom they entered the U.S. on an undocumented basis.
Agnes Gibboney, a legal immigrant, had this to say.
“When my son was murdered I didn’t know for 11 years that the man that killed my son was an illegal alien [and] had an ICE hold. The media doesn’t report truthfully what the separation of families really is, but I would like to show everybody what real separation of families is. This is what separates my son and myself is a coffin and six feet of dirt. How is that for real separation of families?”
Said Mary Ann Mendoza:
“When you have a problem like what is happening at the border you can’t start at the end result and start placing blame. You have to go back to the origin of the problem. And that’s what the parents, the mothers letting their children go with these smugglers and the cartel bringing these children to our borders. That is where the anger needs to be directed. It should not be directed at the United States for upholding its laws, and quite frankly I’m happy that the United States was able to step in and save some of the children from the fate they were dealt, and who knows what was going to happen to them?”
